Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making repairs to appliances in apartments, and making apartments ready for new residents. It would be an added benefit if the candidate was HVAC certified.
Duties:
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
Experience:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, and appliance repair.
- Ability to maintain and repair mechanical equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
